Please note we do not give refunds to buyers outside the UK.

If you do wish to make a return please email us at info@convoydesignerwear.co.uk to notify us, this will help speed up the process on our side. In your email please include your name and address or the transaction number which can be found on the invoice sent with your purchase.

• We give a 14 day no hassel returns deadline from the item(s) delivery date.
• All items must be returned to us unworn with garment packing and all tickets still attached, if tickets have been removed or any garment packing is missing, refunds will not be given.
• Please include a note with your name and address on or the invoice which was sent out with your purchase. Do not write down or send any credit/debit card details as they will not be required to issue a refund.
• All items are sent back and out at the customers expense (exchanges sent out by us will carry an exact Royal Mail postage charge), unless the error is ours. For example, the customer has received the wrong item, in such a case we will pay any additional costs. This is the only time postage costs will be refunded.
• We recommend any items returned are sent recorded and insured, Convoy accepts no responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post.
